BOOST $1B COPPERSTRING IN QUEENSLAND'S ALLOCATION

Queensland could see a major allocation in the nationwide infrastructure with reports of a potential one billion dollars injection to the CopperString project in the upcoming financial plan. The CopperString project is a proposed power line that would stretch from Mount Isa to Townsville, providing much-needed transmission capacity for the state.
